PRIORITIES

Focused on what matters most to Folsom residents

My priorities are grounded in listening to residents. I will continue to protect our quality of life while making thoughtful decisions that serve the long term health of our community.

PUBLIC SAFETY

Public safety is foundational to our quality of life in Folsom. Residents deserve to feel safe in their neighborhoods, parks, and business districts, and to trust that their concerns will be taken seriously.

During my time on the City Council I worked to move public safety from a stated priority to a budgeted and operational one. Ensuring our Police and Fire departments have the support, resources and leadership they need to serve our community well.

My priority is supporting a Police and Fire Department that are properly resourced, responsive, and focused on communication, accountability and problem solving. Public safety decisions should be guided by data, community needs, and a commitment to follow through.

FISCAL STEWARDSHIP

Strong communities require responsible financial leadership. Protecting affordability means being disciplined with public dollars and transparent with residents.

I have focused on improving transparency, accountability and long term stability.

Making sure essential services are protected while respecting affordability for families and businesses.

My priority is ensuring the city lives within its means and operates with accountability to our residents. I will continue to make budget decisions that are clear, sustainable. and aligned with community priorities. All this without asking residents to shoulder unnecessary burdens.

QUALITY OF LIFE & INFRASTRUCTURE

Folsom's quality of life is why people choose to live here and why they stay.

My priority is caring for the community we already have. That means maintaining parks, trails, roads, and public spaces, improving accessibility, and protecting the natural environment that makes Folsom distinctive.

Protecting what makes Folsom special also requires thoughtful investment. I continue working with regional partners to support long term solutions to address traffic and congestion, recognizing their direct impact on safety and quality of life.

This approach balances investing in needed infrastructure while properly maintaining what we have. I also means supporting and local businesses while being thoughtful about designs and growth decisions that could compromise community character.

These priorities reflect my commitment to steady leadership, clear decision making, and respect for the people who call Folsom home.

Leadership you can trust. Experience that matters.
