Re-ELECT
Folsom City Council - District 5
Steady leadership for the community we love
Folsom is one of the safest, most distinctive cities in the region. I intend to keep it that way.

I don't follow the loudest voices in the room. I follow the data, the budget and the long-term interests of the people who live here. That's what I was elected to do. That's what I've done."
Leadership That Delivers
PUBLIC SAFETY

Folsom is one of the safest cities in the region. Keeping it that way requires honest decisions and sustainable funding, not just good intentions.

I championed the creation of Folsom's Homeless Outreach Team, supported additional police staffing, and pushed for traffic safety enforcement. I also supported strengthening our fire department, including dedicated training leadership and the transition to single role paramedics.

Better fiscal discipline means we can now fund public safety the right way, for the long term. That's what I came here to do.
FISCAL STEWARDSHIP

For years, city spending exceeded council-approved budgets. I raised that concern early, before it was popular.
I pushed for stronger oversight, clearer reporting, and real accountability. Today the city operates within its adopted budget and exceeds its reserve targets.

Strong finances protect every other priority, from public safety to parks. That didn't happen by accident. There's still work to do. I intend to finish it.

QUALITY OF LIFE & INFRASTRUCTURE

Folsom's parks, trails, and neighborhoods are worth protecting.

I fought to keep maintenance funding intact when it was on the chopping block. I drove the rebuilding of Castle Park forward, improved ADA access, and secured the funding to get it done. I also worked with schools and city staff to address e-bike safety on our trails and in our neighborhoods.

Folsom's character is worth preserving. It didn't happen by accident. I intend to keep it that way.

Delivering Results for Folsom

Leadership isn't measured by promises, it's measured by results.
I have focused on strengthening public safety, improving fiscal accountability, and protecting Folsom's quality of life. That work has required asking hard questions while challenging the status quo when it wasn't working. I will continue to represent Folsom by staying focused on what matters most to our community.

Folsom residents have been clear: do more with what you have before asking for more. I agree. This council is doing the hard work of getting our fiscal house in order. Transparent budgets, honest reporting, real accountability. That work isn't finished. I'm asking for the chance to see it through.
